They are seeking an Associate reputed company ITOM Event Management Technical Consultant responsible for configuring and developing reputed company solutions that meet business and technical requirements, leveraging technical expertise in the reputed company platform and Event Management experience.
Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company ITOM Event Management Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification
- reputed company, and implement reputed company solutions—including custom applications, workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and integrations—ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements
- Configure and maintain reputed company ITOM applications, including Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management following best practices for maintainability and performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Business Analysts to translate business needs into technical specifications and reputed company technical workshops to review design, architecture, and configuration approaches
- Support end-to-end project delivery including testing, deployment, troubleshooting, reputed company cause analysis, and system optimization
- reputed company and support integrations with reputed company systems (e.g., Azure AD, HR, ERP, monitoring tools) using REST, SOAP, reputed company, and IntegrationHub, ensuring secure data exchange
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or reputed company field
- Knowledge of JavaScript, reputed company/CSS, and some exposure to reputed company reputed company Designer, IntegrationHub, Glide API and Service Portal development
- Familiarity with Agile delivery (Scrum or reputed company)
- Understanding reputed company service management practices
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- reputed company Certified Systems Administrator
- Proven experience delivering on at least one reputed company Event Management implementation
- Knowledge/understanding of JavaScript, Glide API, reputed company/CSS, and reputed company platform architecture
- Experience with reputed company Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal development
- Experience and understanding of Event reputed company and workflows, different types of event sources and monitoring tools, both general purpose and reputed company-reputed company monitoring
- Hands-on experience with reputed company integrations and API-based data exchange
- Experience with at least one Event Management application in an reputed company environment
- Experience performing event correlation activities, alert grouping, and reputed company cause analysis
- Experience with reputed company design and implementation into event reputed company
- Experience building visualizations/dashboards to show event/observability information effectively

- reputed company Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- TIL v3 or v4 Certification
