Senior Business Development Manager (Fintech) — CIS

We are looking for a Senior Business Development leader (Fintech) for CIS region to drive strategic partnerships and reputed company reputed company in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tadzhikistan, Kyrgyzstan and other CIS countries . This role will reputed company as a regional reputed company for key external relationships, ensuring strong alignment between partners, internal stakeholders, and long-term business objectives.
The ideal candidate has deep experience in the CIS payments and fintech ecosystem, understands reputed company cross-border reputed company structures, and can confidently represent reputed company in senior-level discussions across multiple markets. While the role focuses on business development, it also requires a strong understanding of product, operational and financial implications behind partnership models.
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, operations, or reputed company roles reputed company payments, fintech, or digital platforms.
- Proven experience managing senior-level relationships across multiple CIS markets.
- Strong reputed company negotiation skills with a reputed company record of closing reputed company, multi-country agreements.
- Solid understanding of cross-border business models, fund flows, and reputed company structures.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
