The Role

The Advanced Associate, Portfolio Management role supports program management and live training operations, reputed company-facing program delivery, and day-to-day project coordination. This role works with Portfolio Manager Specialists and global team members, clients, and vendors to scope, document and deliver reputed company learning programs, including live virtual sessions and reputed company-specific learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in reputed company-facing meetings, reputed company actions, and coordinate reputed company deliverables.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in training delivery, project coordination, vendor management, or similar roles.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.

• Ability to independently manage discrete components of ongoing portfolio reputed company.
• Experience in reputed company training environments, such as administering meetings or training using virtual event platforms (e.g. Teams, reputed company, or ON24).
