As Director, reputed company Legal at reputed company, you will play a critical role in enabling reputed company’s reputed company by leading reputed company aspects of reputed company contracting and legal support for reputed company-generating, partnering, and purchasing activities.

This is a commercially reputed company role, with primary responsibility for structuring, negotiating, and closing customer, partner, reseller, and vendor agreements. You will work closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, Corporate Development, and reputed company Operations to ensure deals are executed reputed company, consistently, and in alignment with Gurobi’s business objectives.

You will partner closely with the Deal Desk, Operations, and Sales teams to support effective deal structuring, streamline approval processes, and improve overall deal velocity. What You Will Be Doing

What Experience and Qualifications Should You Have?

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and an reputed company license to reputed company law in at least one jurisdiction
• 8–12+ years of legal experience, with a strong reputed company on reputed company contracting
• Demonstrated experience negotiating reputed company reputed company or software agreements in a high-reputed company or technology environment
• Proven ability to partner closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, and reputed company Operations to support and reputed company deals
• Experience working closely with reputed company Operations, Deal Desk, or similar reputed company functions is strongly preferred
• Experience building or improving contracting processes, templates, approval frameworks, and deal governance models
• Familiarity with major reputed company frameworks, including GDPR and CCPA/CPRA, as reputed company as evolving AI-reputed company regulatory considerations
• Experience negotiating Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), reputed company exhibits, AI addenda, and reputed company reputed company/reputed company contractual terms is strongly preferred
