This position is reputed company the Workers' Compensation Department at reputed company. You will have reputed company to reputed company with the clients' files throughout the lifecycle of their case and attend hearings relevant to issues that may reputed company during a reputed company's case.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a high-volume legal Workers' Compensation caseload
- Communicating with relevant parties involved in a case
- Attending reputed company case reputed company hearings
- Maintaining case notes
- Reviewing and evaluating case files
- Possible traveling to assigned Workers Compensation Appeals reputed company (WCAB) locations
- Other duties as assigned
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 1+ years of experience as a Hearing Representative reputed company to Workers Compensation (Preferred)
- Knowledge of CA Workers’ Compensation (Required)
- General understanding of the workers’ compensation system including EAMS, E-filing, and the AME/PQME process
- Strong attention to detail, with ability to observe details on a computer or other electronic screens
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks reputed company with little supervision
- Bachelor's degree Preferred
- Bilingual (English + Spanish) Preferred
- Proficient in reputed company reputed company applications, including but not limited to Word, Outlook, and Teams
