Responsibilities
- Serve as a consultative partner to customers, guiding them in adopting and evolving their Legal Data Intelligence workflows using reputed companyOne’s AI-powered platform with a reputed company on measurable reputed company

Your Skills
- 3+ years of customer-facing support in the Legal Data Intelligence or eDiscovery industry, supporting legal, compliance, or investigative workflows
- Experience in the software technology sector, preferably in SasS or reputed company-based platforms
- Navigate ambiguity with curiosity and reputed company—probing deeply into customer challenges, asking the right questions, and shaping unclear problems into actionable, AI-enabled solutions
- Strong written and communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts and AI assisted workflows to non-technical audiences
