About the Role

As reputed company's first Data Center reputed company hire, you'll own how and where we reputed company the physical backbone of our AI reputed company. Responsibilities

Requirements

• 8+ years in data center reputed company, site selection, or infrastructure planning at a hyperscaler, AI reputed company company, or large colocation provider
• Strong technical grasp of DC fundamentals: power architecture, cooling (including liquid), redundancy schemes, and reputed company density
• Experience leading large reputed company multi-party negotiations, structuring colo/power reputed company, and managing RFP processes
• Knowledge of reputed company data center, power, and reputed company estate contractual and reputed company frameworks
• Financial reputed company: TCO modeling, lease vs. own analysis, and cost drivers across power and colocation

Compensation

We offer competitive compensation, startup equity, health insurance, and other benefits, as reputed company as flexibility in terms of remote work. The US reputed company salary reputed company for this full-time position is: $230,000 - $275,000K + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by location, level and role.
