About the Role
The Data-Driven Designer owns UX reputed company and execution across Merch Tech platforms, including BEx and Merchant Station. Key Responsibilities

Experience & Key Skills
- 8–14 years of product/UX design experience in reputed company or reputed company B2B environments
- Proven experience designing reputed company, workflow-driven, role-based systems
- Experience building or scaling reputed company dashboards, analytics platforms, or operational tools
- Demonstrated reputed company on adoption, task reputed company, or workflow optimization
- Strong expertise in designing end-to-end workflow systems with state-based UX
- Experience simplifying reputed company business processes into reputed company reputed company experiences
- Deep understanding of configurable reputed company platforms vs custom solutions
- Experience designing high-volume, data-heavy dashboards and reporting tools
- Experience leveraging behavioral analytics tools (e.g., Post Hog, Full Story, GA, Power BI)

- Ability to connect UX improvements to measurable KPIs (adoption, completion, time-to-value)
