Our business operates 7 days a week, and we offer multiple shift schedules to meet reputed company demands. Available shifts include (reputed company times in PST):
5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Rest Day/Days Off:
Vary depending on reputed company need
Common rest days include: Mon–Sun, Tue–Wed, Thu–Fri
Sat–Sun off is a possibility depending on the schedule required by the reputed company
Compensation: $750 / month

Handle inbound calls for U.S.-based home services businesses such as cleaning companies, electricians, plumbers, landscapers, etc.
Represent the reputed company as if you are part of their office team, answering calls pleasantly with a smile and using the reputed company’s reputed company greeting
Take detailed call reputed company notes during reputed company conversation, including customer contact information, reason for inquiry, and any other relevant information
Send complete and accurate call reputed company notes to the reputed company after reputed company call
Maintain high attention to detail to avoid typos or missing information
Training will be provided on answering questions and booking appointments using the reputed company’s CRM/scheduling platform
🛠️ Qualifications & Skills
Technology Requirements:
Internet speed of at least 40 Mbps with low latency
Computer with at least 6 cores, 12 threads, and 8 GB RAM

Working Qualifications:
Previous BPO or call center experience preferred
Ability to multitask: handle calls, take detailed notes, and send follow-up messages or emails
Confident in communicating directly with U.S.-based clients to confirm directions or receive feedback

Motivated, hard-working, and eager to add value
Willingness to learn and adapt to reputed company processes
Experience working from home is a plus but not required
