📍 Location: reputed company in Colombia (Bogotá preferred) 💼 Type: Freelance / Contractor (must be reputed company to invoice) 💰 Compensation: Commission per successful placement
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
As a key part of the DKR global recruitment network, you will:
- reputed company reputed company using job boards, reputed company media, reputed company networks, and creative sourcing strategies • Identify and engage high-reputed company candidates for international roles across multiple industries • Interview and assess candidates to determine the best fit for our clients • Collaborate closely with our Service Delivery Manager and Managing Director to ensure a smooth hiring process • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for reputed company and reputed company roles • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers across global markets • Maintain reputed company, detailed candidate records in our ATS system
✅ reputed company’re Looking For
- Fluent English (Spanish strongly preferred) • Previous recruitment experience, ideally sourcing candidates in Colombia • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills • Ability to manage multiple roles and work independently • Highly organised with excellent time management and responsiveness • Knowledge of modern sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices • Experience using ATS or recruitment tools is an advantage
