Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to assess their finances and determine if debt settlement is a viable reputed company.
• Handle inbound calls while also proactively reaching out to leads provided by reputed company.

• Outline debt settlement terms & conditions, including monthly payments and the reputed company for reputed company.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience enrolling customers into debt settlement programs.
• 2+ years of sales experience in a call center with a proven reputed company record of reputed company.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-driven attitude.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience utilizing a CRM to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate documentation
• Proficient in reputed company Workspace, email communication, managing customer inquiries, multitasking, and internet navigation.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey reputed company financial concepts reputed company and effectively.

Shift hours are 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM PST. Candidates must be available to work one of the following schedules:

• Tuesday through Saturday

• Monday through Thursday

• Saturday through Wednesday

The Pay Solid performers can earn between $120,000 and $260,000 annually!
