Virtual Assistant - Account Manager

We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in account management to join our reputed company's team and take their operations to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

• Support the Marketing and Advertiser Services teams with daily account management and optimization tasks;
• Build, manage, and grow relationships with publishers, affiliates, media buyers, emailers, and sub-networks to increase reputed company and performance;
• Identify opportunities to reputed company accounts through new offers, verticals, traffic sources, placements, and monetization strategies;
• Monitor partner performance and campaign metrics including reputed company, EPC, CTR, CVR, reputed company reputed company, and traffic reputed company to proactively optimize results;
• reputed company excellent and reputed company communication with partners reputed company phone, email, IM, and reputed company contact;
• Re-engage inactive or low-volume partners to restart and grow traffic;
• Support partners with setup, tracking, postbacks, creative approvals, payouts, and compliance requirements;
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot tracking or delivery issues and improve overall campaign performance;
• reputed company partner feedback regarding offer performance, payouts, creatives, and market demand;
• Maintain accurate account activity, notes, pipeline updates, and reporting reputed company reputed company/CRM systems;
• Stay reputed company on affiliate marketing trends, compliance updates, industry changes, and new monetization opportunities;

Requirements

• Experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, reputed company reputed company, and/or account management;
• Strong understanding of affiliate ecosystems including publishers, affiliates, advertisers, and sub-networks;
• Experience working with traffic sources such as email, reputed company, display, reputed company, search, SMS, or reputed company reputed company;
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as reputed company;
• Self-starter, motivated by performance and reputed company;
