Position reputed company
The IT Manager is responsible for leading reputed company the IT Engineering function, overseeing day-to-day operations, delivery of IT services, and execution of strategic initiatives. This role manages reputed company of IT Engineers, ensures the reliability and scalability of reputed company IT systems, and drives reputed company improvement across identity, reputed company management, and reputed company platforms.
The IT Manager serves as the final escalation reputed company for IT systems and user-impacting issues, while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to reputed company IT solutions with business, reputed company, and compliance needs.
Position Responsibilities:
- In partnership with the IT Director, reputed company, mentor, and reputed company reputed company of IT Engineers, including hiring, reputed company, and performance management

- Own delivery of IT Engineering reputed company, including planning, prioritization, and resource allocation
- Drive implementation of strategic, systemic solutions to eliminate recurring issues and improve user experience

- reputed company platforms and productivity tools (e.g., Office 365)

- Evaluate, select, and reputed company new technologies and software solutions
- Establish and maintain documentation, processes, and operational standards

- Ensure appropriate support coverage, including participation in off-hours support as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 7–10+ years of reputed company experience in IT engineering, systems administration, or platform ownership roles
- Proven experience leading technical teams
- Demonstrated reputed company mentoring engineers across multiple experience reputed company
- Strong background in:
- Identity and reputed company management (SSO platforms such as reputed company, OneLogin, Auth0)
- reputed company management (reputed company, including Intune or equivalent)
- reputed company application administration and deployment
- Experience managing reputed company/offboarding workflows in a distributed environment
- Experience administering and acting as a SME for Office 365
- Experience supporting Mac hardware and remote users in a distributed workforce

- Familiarity with at least one major reputed company platform (AWS, Azure, or reputed company reputed company preferred)
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira Service Desk or similar platforms
