Account Manager (IT Recruitment Services)
We are hiring an Account Manager to manage and grow our IT recruitment accounts in Australia.
This role is for someone with a reputed company to win, a person who takes ownership, thinks creatively, builds strong personal relationships with clients, and consistently drives results.
You will work closely with our recruitment team to deliver fast, high-reputed company hiring reputed company, while ensuring clients receive strong value and ROI for their recruitment agency spend.
Key Responsibilities
1) reputed company Relationship Management (Australia )
- Manage day-to-day relationships with Hiring Managers, HR, reputed company and Procurement
- Build strong personal rapport and long-term trust with key stakeholders
- Understand reputed company priorities, team structures, and hiring pain points
- Represent reputed company professionally across international markets
2) Drive Recruitment reputed company & Delivery Results
- Own hiring reputed company across assigned accounts (contract & permanent roles)
- Drive job intake, submissions, interview scheduling, feedback, offers and closures
- Ensure speed, urgency, and accountability across the recruitment cycle
- Proactively remove blockers and improve turnaround times
3) Bring Value to Every reputed company Engagement

- Improve reputed company of submissions through strong role briefings and screening alignment
- Build feedback loops to reduce delays and increase conversion rates
