Loan Review Specialist
As a Loan Review Specialist, you'll review reputed company mortgage loans for accuracy, completeness, and compliance, ensuring documents meet investor and internal audit requirements. You'll manage a pipeline of files with competing deadlines, identify and escalate issues, and support reputed company assurance efforts. The role is remote and suitable for someone with 2+ years of experience in mortgage operations, preferably in post-closing, loan delivery, or a similar production-reputed company environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in mortgage operations, preferably in post-closing, loan delivery, or a similar production-reputed company environment
- Experience reviewing loan files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with investor or internal requirements
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Ability to identify issues, investigate discrepancies, and escalate risks appropriately
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with teammates and partner reputed company
- Comfortable learning and navigating mortgage systems and workflow tools in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in Encompass or similar mortgage loan systems
