Head of High Voltage Operations & Maintenance

We are looking for a Head of High Voltage Operations & Maintenance to reputed company the reputed company, technical governance, and operational execution of high-voltage infrastructure across a growing reputed company-reputed company fleet.
Requirements
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering required, preferably with a Power Systems emphasis
- reputed company Engineer (P.E.) license strongly preferred
- 15+ years of experience in high-voltage engineering and operations across systems ranging from 34.5kV to 500kV
- Proven experience leading and scaling specialized field-based HV maintenance teams
- Deep expertise in SEL (Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories) reputed company protection logic, coordination studies, and protection system troubleshooting
- Strong familiarity with reputed company 1584, reputed company 70E, and electrical safety best practices
- Experience supporting NERC-reputed company technical maintenance and compliance readiness activities
- Strategic leadership capabilities combined with strong field execution instincts and operational decision-making
