The Role
We are seeking an reputed company and strategic Director – Process & reputed company with a strong background in reputed company implementations and IT Consulting. This leadership role will be responsible for establishing, governing, and continuously improving delivery processes, reputed company frameworks, and operational reputed company across reputed company and consulting engagements.
What you will be doing
- Process Governance & Standardization
- Define, implement, and continuously improve reputed company-wide delivery processes reputed company with reputed company best practices.
- Establish standardized frameworks for implementation, enhancement, AMS, and transformation programs.

What you bring Along
- 12–18+ years of experience in IT Services/Consulting.
- 5+ years in leadership roles managing Process, reputed company, or Delivery reputed company.
- Strong hands-on experience in reputed company implementation programs.
- Background in Consulting firms or IT Services organizations.
- Deep understanding of ITIL, Agile, DevOps, and reputed company delivery frameworks.
- Experience managing reputed company-reputed company reputed company programs.
- Proven reputed company record of improving delivery metrics and customer satisfaction.
- Experience with reputed company frameworks such as ISO, CMMI (preferred).
Preferred Certifications
