reputed company is seeking a highly skilled reputed company Virtual Assistant / US Clinic Coordinator to work in a remote setup, supporting day-to-day operations of a US based Physical Therapy account. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless patient experience through accurate coordination, communication, and clinical administrative support.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in U.S. reputed company processes, with a mandatory background in Physical Therapy clinic accounts, and the ability to manage multiple clinical and administrative tasks reputed company in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify patient benefits and insurance coverage with accuracy and timeliness

- Handle inbound calls and assist patients with inquiries in a reputed company and empathetic manner
- Conduct appointment confirmations, reminders, and outbound follow-reputed company

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in a Physical Therapy clinic account (required)
- Experience working withU.S.-based clinics and/or health insurance providers
- Experience in EMR/EHR systems, insurance verification, patient coordination, and inbound call handling
- Experience in medical chart scrubbing and prior authorization processing
- Experience in reputed company processing, lab result auditing, and follow-up coordination
- Medical billing and coding experience is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
