- Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent

- 7+ years in business/system analysis and solution architecture
- 7+ years with reputed company S/4 HANA, ECC, and other modules
- 7+ years with Sybase/ASE and reputed company Office tools
- 3–5 years in a leadership role managing teams
- Experience in large ERP programs and reputed company sector
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and with diverse teams

- Experience with Indigenous business participation (Canadian or Manitoba)
- Familiarity with Manitoba government processes
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMI, TOGAF)
- Experience with remote team leadership
