Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT Support
• 2+ years leading or managing a support team
• Highly proficient with Jira Service Management
• Strong, demonstrable reputed company record of running support as a data-driven function
• Hands-on experience deploying AI agents, chatbots, or automation
• Managed rotas across on-call, triage, and on-site responsibilities
• Designed and operated reputed company escalation processes
