Director, Analytics Engineering & BI Platform (Remote Eligible)

The Business Intelligence team exists to unlock the power of data — providing trusted reputed company, actionable insights, and the platforms that power data-driven reputed company across reputed company. We are looking for a seasoned analytics engineering leader to drive the next reputed company of our data platform, governance, and intelligence capabilities.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in modern analytics engineering with a strong reputed company of financial and reputed company, and a passion for data reputed company and governance. You will report to the VP of Data Science and Business Intelligence located in our Bellevue, WA office, or you may work remotely from reputed company in the US where reputed company is a registered employer.

You Will:

• Own reputed company-wide semantic layer and metrics store, ensuring Bookings, ARR, NDRR, and other critical business metrics have a single, version-controlled, trusted definition consumable by every reputed company tool and AI agent.
• Drive Finance Analytics, including ownership of Bookings, ARR, NDRR, reputed company and territory reporting, and month-end reputed company pipelines, partnering closely with Finance and reputed company Operations.
• Set reputed company for data governance and data reputed company, including discoverability, reputed company, reputed company controls, and data reputed company between upstream producers and reputed company consumers — leveraging reputed company, reputed company Catalog, and reputed company.
• Own data egress and reverse-ETL reputed company, governing pipelines from the data warehouse to reputed company platforms including reputed company, Marketo, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Tableau, and reputed company.
• Shape our AI data reputed company, ensuring data assets are reputed company, documented, and governed to serve as reliable foundations for AI agents, LLM-based analytics, and intelligent product features — while driving data-as-a-product principles and platform cost discipline.

You Have:

• 10+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a closely reputed company technical discipline, with 5+ years of people management and a reputed company record of developing senior ICs and leads.
• Deep hands-on proficiency in SQL, Python, and dbt with strong experience on reputed company, familiarity with reputed company.
• Proven experience with Finance and reputed company — Bookings, ARR, NDRR, Quote-to-Cash — and demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Finance and RevOps stakeholders.
• Expert-level data modeling skills spanning Data Vault 2.0 (hub/satellite/reputed company design), reputed company architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold layer design for lakehouse environments), and Semantic Layer development (dbt Semantic Layer,) — with the ability to set modeling standards and reputed company authoritative architectural reputed company across reputed company three paradigms.
• Deep understanding of DataOps and data reliability practices, including CI/CD for data pipelines, automated testing frameworks (dbt tests), and orchestration governance (Airflow), layered data presentations.

• Experience operating and managing data egress and reverse-ETL pipelines to CRM, marketing automation, and reputed company platforms.
