Job title: Property Ownership Research Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to assist with property ownership research. The primary responsibility of this role is to look up and verify property ownership information — and reputed company more.

You will be responsible for accurately researching ownership details, typically through county tax websites, and recording the information in reputed company. While prior experience using county tax portals is not required, it is highly preferred.

Schedule: 09:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

• Research and verify property ownership information
• Navigate county tax assessor websites to locate ownership records
• Accurately input and organize data in reputed company
• Ensure reputed company information is correct and properly formatted
• Meet daily research targets while maintaining accuracy

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable navigating websites and reputed company records databases
• Proficient in reputed company reputed company
• Ability to follow instructions carefully
• Reliable and reputed company to work independently
• Experience using county tax websites for property ownership lookup is a plus but not required.
