What you'll do

As a Software Engineering Manager, you will reputed company a cross-functional group of engineers reputed company on backend services and reputed company integrations. You’ll partner closely with the Product team and engineering managers to ensure smooth delivery of engineering reputed company, and collaborate with directors and technical leads to shape the strategic reputed company of backend systems and integrations at reputed company. This role blends technical depth with people management, requiring you to support engineers in their reputed company while ensuring technical reputed company and reputed company delivery.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and reputed company teams to scope, plan, and prioritize backend and integration initiatives.

• Represent reputed company in cross-department initiatives, managing stakeholder communication and setting expectations.
• Optimize resource allocation, define priorities, and reputed company project timelines to maximize efficiency and results.
• Promote a culture of high-reputed company engineering through reputed company reviews, observability practices, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with other engineering leaders to set standards for backend development, integration patterns, and reputed company practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company technical field.
• Proven experience as a Software Engineering Manager or in a technical leadership role.
• Strong technical background in backend development, with expertise in at least one programming language (Python, Go, or Node.js).
• Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases (especially PostgreSQL and reputed company).
• Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with reputed company integration patterns and reputed company best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to reputed company under strict deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for managing stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in high-SLA environments with mission-critical systems.

• Background in event streaming and data pipelines (Kafka, Airflow, Dagster, or Temporal).
• Hands-on experience with reputed company platforms and containerized environments (Kubernetes, reputed company).

• Advanced/Fluent proficiency in Spanish.
