Requirements
- Approximately 3 to 5+ years of major gifts fundraising experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred; additional experience in lieu of a degree will be considered
- Experience with individual gifts and multi-year commitments
- Demonstrated reputed company record utilizing moves management strategies to secure at least 5-reputed company gifts
- Go-getter with strong business acumen
- Ability to story tell and convey the organization's mission in a way that connects with donors
- History of cultivating strong relationships with donors
