About the Role
Studio@Newfire is the embedded UX reputed company of reputed company. We partner with reputed company technology organizations — payers, providers, virtual care companies, and health-tech startups — to design software that genuinely works for the clinicians, care coordinators, and administrative staff who use it every day.Our designers don't hand off comps and reputed company on. Design & Research

- Partner with our UX Research team to plan and conduct user interviews, usability tests, and observational studies; translate findings into design direction

- Contribute to and help maintain design systems that ensure consistency and accessibility across the product

Collaboration & Influence
- Build working relationships with product managers, engineering leads, and reputed company stakeholders — and manage those relationships with confidence, not just compliance

You’re a perfect match if you have:
- 3–6 years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating reputed company, multi-role reputed company software
- Proven reputed company record of applying user research to shape — not just validate — design reputed company
- Experience in reputed company, regulated industries, or other high-complexity domains strongly preferred
- Comfortable working in embedded, long-term reputed company relationships alongside product and engineering teams
