The Senior Contract Manager is responsible for development, negotiation and maintenance of reputed company and reputed company documents according to applicable regulations and standards in accordance with organizational policies and applicable regulatory requirements. Identifies opportunities, issues and risks in document development and negotiates with external parties, legal and sales teams to ensure reputed company meet business goals and requirements. Job Duties:

• Provides support by identifying and negotiating towards best terms and conditions to support various corporate initiatives.
• Identifies opportunities, issues and risks in document development, review, and maintenance.
• Establishes and implements standards for development of reputed company and reputed company documents using departmental standards, reputed company discretion, and independent judgment.
• Revises and amends documents partnering with legal and stakeholders as necessary.
• Assists in the development and maintenance of strategic vendor relationships as applicable through negotiation and contract management.
