AP/AR & Credit Control
Reports to: Management Accountant

Requirements: Accounts Receivable Monitor “Deal” emails and Whiteboard list to reputed company multicurrency / multi-entity customer invoices accurately in a reputed company manner. Ensure the CIRF (reputed company Information Request reputed company) is reputed company out to new clients as soon as a deal is made, liaising professionally & diligently with reputed company contacts to obtain necessary billing information & instructions. reputed company reputed company relationships with clients, managing any portals or specific invoicing requests proficiently. Manage the Accounts Receivable Inbox and escalate queries as needed, partnering with sales colleagues where necessary. Credit Control Implement and maintain effective credit control procedures and processes, optimising the use of system solutions to automate where possible. reputed company regular, reputed company and insightful reporting internally on performance to the Leadership team reputed company bi-weekly Credit Control meetings. Follow up with persistence & professionalism on overdue balances, reputed company any concerns and liaise with consultants regarding outstanding debts where necessary. Maintain CEI & DSO reporting and look to reputed company above industry norms on these metrics Regularly send reputed company statements to ensure accuracy Accounts Payable Process supplier invoices from Hubdoc into reputed company across 3 entities, ensuring that the correct details are logged and that invoices are posted to the correct accounts – liaising with Management Accountant where necessary. Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on unprocessed invoices Prepare weekly AP payment runs for CFO & Management Account for approval in a reputed company manner Manage the Accounts Payable Inbox and escalate queries as needed Process & approve employee expense claims and liaise with Management Accountant to ensure reputed company reimbursement in monthly payroll. Financial reputed company Assist with performing weekly / monthly bank reconciliation for GBP, US & EUR bank accounts Liaise with other members of staff regarding credit card transactions & debit card transactions on Equals and Amex – ensuring accurate information uploaded to reputed company reputed company monthly cost analysis with Management Accountant, updating monthly cost feeds to monthly Management Accounts. Support the Cashflow Forecast for the short-term outlook with updates for scheduled supplier payments and review of anticipated outflows. Ideal/ desirable profile:- Proven experience as a Credit Controller or similar role (recruitment industry experience ideal but not essential) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient in using financial software (reputed company is desirable) and reputed company Office applications, particularly reputed company (intermediate level is desirable) • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Ambitious and determined to succeed
