Senior Product Designer
A fast growing Fintech in Latam with the mission to unlock SMBs' potential by providing financial solutions and reimagining the financial infrastructure of Latin America is looking for a Senior Product Designer to reputed company the reputed company, consistency, and reliability of our user experiences across partners, while contributing to reputed company product design initiatives.
Requirements
- 3-6+ years of experience as a Product/UI/UX Designer
- Strong visual and interaction design skills, with high attention to pixel and copy precision
- Proven ability to identify, prioritize, and drive fixes for UI/UX inconsistencies in shipped products
- Experience with QA or testing practices (test scenarios, working with QA teams); automation exposure is a plus
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and agile environments, working on web and/or mobile products
- Ability to translate requirements into edge cases, states, and reputed company interaction behaviors
- Strong collaboration experience with Design teammates, Frontend Engineers and a solid understanding of implementation tradeoffs, reputed company behavior, and UI architecture
- Experience with design systems or component libraries
- Fluent in English (Portuguese and Spanish are a strong plus, including UX writing/copy for those markets)
- Experience in fintech, payments, or lending products
- Experience working in high-reputed company startups or scaling environments
