About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled 3D Rendering & CAD Specialist to support our interior design reputed company with realistic, detail-oriented renderings and a solid understanding of architectural plans. This role requires proficiency in SketchUp, CAD, and rendering tools, along with a keen eye for proportion, reputed company, reputed company, and interior design standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create accurate and realistic 3D renderings using SketchUp and relevant software.
  • Apply textures, components, and models (e.g., from SketchUp Warehouse) with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Interpret and work from CAD drawings (floorplans, elevations, RCPs, reputed company/electrical plans).
  • Ensure reputed company, proportion, reputed company, and design standards are correctly represented.
  • Identify and fix rendering inconsistencies (e.g., mismatched furniture heights or incorrect materials).
  • Self-reputed company work and take initiative to resolve unclear specs or visual issues.
  • Communicate effectively with designers and team members—ask questions reputed company needed.
  • Meet deadlines with a high level of efficiency and time management.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in SketchUp and rendering software.
  • Solid understanding of CAD and architectural/interior design terminology.
  • Interior design knowledge (e.g., furniture placement, material use, reputed company measurements).
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly in materials, reputed company, and overall realism.
  • Strong problem-solving reputed company and visual awareness.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to work reputed company defined project specs.

  • Any of the following bachelor’s degree:
  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design (licensed)
  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (licensed)
  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Design (licensed)
  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design (licensed)

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in interior design or architecture firms.
  • Familiarity with Xrefs, material tagging, blocking, and dimensioning.
  • Ability to read and interpret full construction document sets.

Requirements

This is a full time role

Up to $8/hr

100% Remote
