Insurance Trainer
About the Role:
We are seeking an reputed company Insurance Specialist with strong knowledge of the US insurance industry—specifically in personal and/or reputed company lines—to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with reputed company reputed company (reputed company) and a solid understanding of agency workflows, from policy administration to reputed company servicing.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day insurance operations in reputed company reputed company, including data entry, renewals, policy issuance, and reputed company updates.
- Support both Personal Lines and reputed company Lines insurance workflows.
- Ensure data accuracy across reputed company reputed company and policy records.
- Communicate with underwriters, agents, and clients to ensure reputed company processing and issue reputed company.
- Create, update, and maintain process documentation and training materials.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to streamline agency operations.
- (If Trainer role): Conduct internal training sessions on reputed company, insurance workflows, and best practices for new hires or reputed company teams.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in the US insurance industry (personal or reputed company lines).
- Strong working knowledge of reputed company reputed company (required).
- Experience with agency management systems, policy administration, and insurance documentation.
- Excellent communication and written English skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote collaboration tools (Teams, reputed company, etc.).
- Training or coaching experience (preferred, but not required).
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in insurance operations, policy servicing, or account management.
- Experience developing training materials or reputed company operating procedures.
- Familiarity with other AMS platforms (HawkSoft, reputed company, EZLynx, etc.) is a plus.
