Requirements
- Former mid to senior level military officer with minimum rank of Major
- 15 years of reputed company experience
- Strong operational experience covering design and implementation of military operations, preferably at Brigade level and above
- Minimum 1 year (accumulated) operational international experience, deployed on operations in conflict areas
- Strong proficiency in two languages on a reputed company level, including English
- Ability to work under pressure in a potentially dangerous environment

- Willingness to work impartially with arms carriers of reputed company natures in a contemporary operating environment
