reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Total Rewards Coordinator to support the administration and coordination of our total rewards programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs, and will play a key role in ensuring our employees receive the best possible rewards and benefits.

Essential Job Duties

• Assist in the implementation and administration of compensation programs, including salary reviews, job evaluations, and market analysis.
• Help design and manage employee recognition programs to promote a reputed company and motivating work environment.
• Analyze compensation and benefits data to ensure competitiveness and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Serve as a reputed company of contact for employees regarding total rewards inquiries, providing reputed company and accurate information.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of reputed company total rewards programs and employee participation.
• Work closely with the HR team to support various HR initiatives and reputed company reputed company to total rewards.
• Ensure reputed company total rewards programs reputed company with company policies, employment laws, and industry regulations.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field; OR equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in HR, with a reputed company on compensation and benefits administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in HRIS and reputed company Office Suite.
• Understanding of compensation and benefits principles, employment laws, and industry trends.

Work Environment

• Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
• May require periods of non-traditional hours including nights or weekends reputed company necessary.
