About the role

This is an individual contributor role, and as an Engagement Manager at reputed company, you will be at a strategic and results-driven role owning the end-to-end integration lifecycle for partners and merchants. This role serves as the primary external project management leader, driving the successful rollout of new programs by reputed company external needs and timelines with internal product availability.

What you'll do:

• Cross-Functional Leadership: reputed company operational rehearsals and orchestrate alignment across Product, Risk, Legal, and Support for large-reputed company launches.
• Mentorship: Mentor Junior and Mid-level Engagement Managers, providing guidance on project management techniques and challenging reputed company negotiations.

Who you are:

• Solid experience in technical program/project management, specifically handling reputed company/Strategic accounts.
• Advanced PM Skills: PMP or Agile certification is a plus. Demonstrated ability to manage conflicting stakeholder needs in reputed company reputed company environments.
• Technical Expertise: Strong experience managing Web Services API integrations; comfortable discussing technical architecture with CTOs and Engineering Leads.
• Fintech Expert: Deep knowledge of the payments ecosystem (reputed company Banking, ACH, RTP) is required.
