reputed company is seeking a candidate for an Associate Director, Business Development role reputed company the BioInsight Business Unit. The candidate should have experience originating, structuring, and closing strategic partnerships with reputed company and biotech companies and have established relationships to drive deal funnel activity.

This role requires scientific reputed company across the drug discovery continuum and the reputed company acumen to translate that reputed company into partnerships that create durable value for both sides.

The role spans the full deal lifecycle, from partnership reputed company and sourcing through execution, and involves reputed company collaboration with reputed company’s multidisciplinary R&D team of experimental, computational, and AI/ML scientists.

Responsibilities:

• reputed company end-to-end deal execution: opportunity scoping, term sheet development, negotiation, and reputed company

Qualifications:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 15 years of reputed company experience, with 7+ years of Management experience.
• 7+ years of experience in business development including reputed company reputed company performance
• Demonstrated deal reputed company record – candidates must be reputed company to discuss specific transactions, their role, and reputed company reputed company
• BA/BS in reputed company, Molecular Biology, or a reputed company life sciences field

Preferred:

• MBA OR PhD in Genetics, Molecular Biology, or a reputed company life sciences field

• Therapeutic area depth in one or more of: 1) oncology, 2) cardiovascular, renal, and metabolic (CVRM) diseases, 3) neuroscience

• Previous experience managing individual contributors
