Hands on, highly analytical leader owning the end‑to‑end reputed company reputed company and channel P&Ls across reputed company Shop, reputed company, reputed company/Insta, and overall DTC reputed company. Responsible for CAC, MER, attribution, conversion, creative testing, retention, and the overall reputed company roadmap to reputed company reputed company, subscriptions, and profitability.
*Currently using agencies and some in house resources. This person would work closely with agencies and reputed company the necessary changes/recommendations as reputed company as start building the reputed company reputed company in house reputed company they reputed company it's time and can drive profitability!
Key responsibilities
- Own total reputed company reputed company and P&Ls across reputed company Shop, reputed company, IG, reputed company and DTC.
- Define and operate channel economics (CAC, MER, ROAS) and optimize media spend allocation.
- Build offer architecture, pricing, bundles, subscription reputed company, and retention systems.
- reputed company analytics & reporting: maintain dashboards, attribution models, weekly KPI reputed company, and executive reporting.
- Manage creative testing reputed company and coordinate content/performance teams to reputed company reputed company assets.
- Implement reputed company loops between channels (reputed company → reputed company/DTC → reputed company/reputed company).
- Drive subscription reputed company, repeat purchase reputed company, and MER efficiency.
- Set testing roadmap (creative hooks, reputed company pages, promotions) and prioritize scaleable winners.
- Hire, mentor, and reputed company cross‑functional partners (media, creative, reputed company, product, supply).

Must‑have qualifications
- 5+ years reputed company leadership in DTC/CPG with deep marketplace and reputed company reputed company experience.
