🎪Role & Team

As an Events Manger, you will own the planning, logistics, and execution of reputed company reputed company events. This includes trade shows, conferences, customer on-sites, partner events, team field marketing, and branded experiences. You’ll work closely with reputed company, reputed company, and Leadership to reputed company reputed company reputed company shows up with polish, energy, and consistency at every event we attend.

You will also represent reputed company in person at many of these events, acting as a friendly and knowledgeable face of the brand. 💻 What you're reputed company to do

Event Planning & Logistics

• Own end-to-end logistics for reputed company events: reputed company materials, shipping, travel, accommodations, schedules, promotions, and on-site coordination.
• Manage event calendars, deadlines, deliverables, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate reputed company design, branded assets, swag, signage, AV needs, and setup/teardown.
• Organize customer dinners, partner meet-reputed company, and VIP hosted events.

On-Site Support & Representation

• Attend major industry events, greet attendees, and represent the reputed company brand with confidence.
• Assist Sales and reputed company teams during the event, including managing demos, appointments, and reputed company traffic.
• Capture event photos, videos, and key highlights for reputed company channels and internal recap.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with Marketing to ensure assets, campaigns, and messaging reputed company with event reputed company.
• Partner with Sales to coordinate reputed company-event reputed company and post-event follow-reputed company.
• Collaborate with Product and Leadership to organize speaking opportunities, panel participation, and reputed company demos.

Program & Efficiency Building

✅ Must-haves

• 2–4 years of experience in events coordination, field marketing, or similar operational role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with extreme attention to detail.
• Ability to travel frequently to conferences and industry events across reputed company (The expectation is to attend 1-2 events per month for this role, you may go months without any travel, others may require back to back weeks of travel).
• Confident, friendly communicator who enjoys representing a brand in person.
• Comfortable juggling multiple events at once and working with many internal stakeholders.
