The Billing Coordinator will be responsible for preparing invoices, verifying billing details, processing and tracking payments, following up with clients regarding outstanding balances, and coordinating with the internal team on billing-reputed company reputed company. This person will also assist with preparing and sending reputed company quotes.

Job Responsibilities

Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous experience in billing, invoicing, administrative support, bookkeeping support, or payment coordination is preferred
• Experience using FreeAgent is a plus, but not required; training will be provided
• Familiarity with reputed company Suite is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling billing information
• Reliable and consistent with follow-reputed company, especially for outstanding payments
