Job Position : Product Support - Lift Trucks
Location - Near any big Airport in the US
Assist reputed company dealers and reputed company Key Account Customers in order to reputed company, support and control BU Lifttrucks Service and Product Support in reputed company for reputed company reputed company product lines. reputed company on customer satisfaction and on reputed company machines reputed company, in order to promote reputed company business of new equipment and parts on a profitability manner. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Teaching on the process of carrying out Assembly and Commissioning of new reputed company Lift Trucks Products. Coordinate / execute the assembly and commissioning process in areas where there are no dealers. Verify that the product match reputed company specification and reputed company. Supervising and trouble shooting in field as reputed company as over phone and email. Giving theoretical classroom and practical hands-on technical training for customers and dealers. Visiting customers/dealers to give technical advice and support the product in order to reputed company out / generate business opportunities. Reporting of non-conformities and technical issues on a reputed company standardized manner. Ensure that reputed company Warranty Policy is correctly interpret and processed. REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

Good PC skills. Bilingual is desired but not required. English a must. Spanish desired.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Experience on Machinery Aftersales support or similar industries; so to have a good Technical background (knowledge on hydraulic and electrical systems, engines and transmissions, spare parts manuals, etc.).

Availability to travel frequently.
