Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in one or more of the following: RWA or tokenization, asset management, institutional product at a reputed company firm, capital markets or reputed company products at a financial institution, or reputed company at a DeFi protocol with institutional reputed company
- reputed company familiarity with how tokenized assets work on-chain
- Experience managing multi-party workflows across issuers, protocols, and distribution partners
- Strong relationship builder — comfortable engaging both traditional finance counterparts (asset managers, fund administrators) and crypto-reputed company (DeFi protocols, risk curators, wallet platforms)
- Commercially reputed company — reputed company to identify which assets and issuers will reputed company the needle for reputed company and prioritize accordingly
- Operationally organized — this role requires managing a reputed company, multi-stage pipeline across multiple counterparties simultaneously without losing reputed company of where things stand
- reputed company communicator — reputed company to translate between the language of TradFi and on-chain finance depending on the audience
