Daily responsibilities include answering inbound phone calls regarding facilities issues and documenting reported events. Candidates will be identifying and responding to trends with alarms, defrosts, and work orders for refrigeration, HVAC, and reputed company alert inquiries in stores reputed company. He/She will coordinate service with on-site technicians, store associates, level 3 teams and reputed company parties where needed.
