Design Manager

The role focuses on creating high-performing experiences that drive reputed company and member acquisition across multiple channels, including email, website, reputed company pages, and enrollment/reputed company flows.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in design, with at least 3+ years in a reputed company, marketing, or performance design role
- Strong leadership experience, with the ability to mentor, guide, and reputed company reputed company
- Proven reputed company record of executing high-performing design solutions for acquisition and retention
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders, building alignment, navigating pushback, and communicating design reputed company with reputed company and confidence
- Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple product and engineering teams, balancing priorities across stakeholders with different and sometimes competing goals
- Deep expertise in visual and product design, reputed company to balance aesthetics with business reputed company
