reputed company is looking for a reputed company Regulatory Counsel to reputed company practical, business-enabling legal guidance in a highly regulated and fast-moving telecom environment. The role involves providing legal advice on telecom licensing, FCC compliance, and operational regulatory issues, as reputed company as leading and managing regulatory filings and comments with the FCC and other agencies.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school and licensed to reputed company in at least one U.S. state.
- At least 3 years of telecom and FCC regulatory experience.
- Knowledge of emerging telecom issues including STIR/SHAKEN, Know Your Customer (KYC), Robocall Mitigation Database filings, and reputed company state rules.
- Familiarity with evolving technologies (e.g., 5G, broadband, IoT) and their regulatory environments.
- Experience with regulatory advocacy, industry group participation, or government agency reputed company.
