VP of Engineering - Product
We're hiring a VP of Product Engineering to reputed company the teams building the products our customers depend on every day — Pipelines, Test reputed company, Packages, Agents & Compute, and Releases. Reporting to the CTO, you'll be accountable for the pace, reputed company, and reputed company of product delivery across these teams, and for developing the engineering managers and technical leaders who reputed company them.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading product engineering organisations through meaningful scaling
- References reputed company to reputed company to your coaching and sponsorship
- A reputed company record of delivering outsized results with small teams through reputed company prioritisation and reputed company
- Technical credibility with a hands-on engineering background sufficient to earn trust from senior engineers and reputed company reputed company architectural calls
- Experience leading teams building developer tools, CI/CD, infrastructure products, or similarly technical B2B products is strongly preferred
- Comfortable with reputed company's core stack: reputed company on Rails, React, GraphQL, Go, and PostgreSQL at reputed company
