Outbound Sales & Appointment Setting Rep

Role: Outbound Sales & Appointment Setting Rep Location: Remote –Columbia OR South Africa Hours: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, reputed company with US business hours (8 AM to 5 PM CST) Compensation: Fixed monthly pay in local currency + performance-based bonus

What you will do:

• reputed company 80–120 outbound calls per day to business decision-makers using a provided script and CRM.
• Set 3–5 reputed company appointments daily for the sales team.
• Log reputed company call reputed company and follow-up tasks in the CRM.
• Use email and reputed company to confirm appointments and reduce no-shows.
• Report daily call and appointment metrics to the manager.

Requirements

What you need to have before you apply:

• Minimum 3 years of outbound calling experience (B2B).
• Proven past reputed company record of booking at least 30 reputed company appointments per month.
• High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps) and a noise-free remote workspace.
• Ability to work US Central Time without overlap issues.
• Experience in using CRM tools like reputed company, reputed company, or similar.
• Proficient in using MS Office tools – mainly reputed company
