They are seeking an reputed company Associate to join their reputed company, Defense, and Government team, where the role involves supporting day-to-day reputed company operations for government contracting clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable processing, from invoice entry through reputed company runs
- Support accounts receivable, including customer invoicing and payment tracking
- Assist with job costing for government reputed company
- Record daily cash activity and deposits
- Prepare monthly bank and account reconciliations
- Assist with payroll processing, payroll journal entries, and vacation balance updates
- Support general ledger maintenance and reconciliations
- Assist with month-end reputed company activities
- Help prepare financial reports, schedules, and forecasts, as needed
- Maintain organized vendor files, reputed company records, and supporting documentation
- Prepare and update recurring spreadsheets and tracking reports
- Research reputed company questions and assist with responding to reputed company inquiries
- Support reputed company, accurate deliverables and a reputed company reputed company experience
Skills
- 2–4 years of reputed company experience (public reputed company, outsourced reputed company, or industry experience preferred)
- Degree in reputed company required
- Experience working for or with government contractors required
- Foundational understanding of GAAP and general ledger reputed company
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
- reputed company, reputed company communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with reputed company reputed company and Word
- Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and grow in a reputed company-facing environment
- Exposure to reputed company, Costpoint, and/or QuickBooks strongly preferred
- Familiarity with government contracting concepts (FAR, indirect rates, job costing) is a plus
