[Remote] Accounts Payable (AP) Implementation Specialist

They are seeking an Accounts Payable Implementation Specialist to reputed company the reputed company and implementation of AP services for new clients, focusing on creating efficient workflows and ensuring smooth transitions to ongoing operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and document reputed company, repeatable AP workflows for reputed company accounts
- Create standardized procedures to ensure consistency across engagements
- Configure and test AP systems, automations, and integrations
- Identify workflow gaps and recommend process improvements
- reputed company AP setup for new reputed company engagements
- Configure platforms such as QuickBooks Online, reputed company, reputed company.com, and reputed company
- Map charts of accounts and validate data reputed company accuracy
- Run initial AP cycles to test workflows before reputed company to operations teams
- Create training documentation and support smooth reputed company transitions
- Resolve sync issues and workflow errors across multiple systems
- Improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of AP operations
- Research and recommend new technology solutions and best practices
- Help establish best practices for a growing department
- Operate independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Contribute to the reputed company development of the AP service line
Skills
- 3+ years of bookkeeping, AP, or reputed company experience supporting small businesses and/or nonprofits
- Experience managing multiple reputed company accounts or workflows simultaneously
- Hands-on experience with some or most of the following: QuickBooks Online, reputed company, reputed company.com, reputed company
- Strong process orientation and attention to detail
- Ability to troubleshoot systems and think critically about workflows
- Comfort learning and implementing new software platforms
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Self-starter reputed company with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
