They are seeking an Employee Engagement Data Analyst to manage the data preparation for their annual employee engagement survey, ensuring accuracy and reliability throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Own preparation of the global survey dataset, combining HR system (reputed company) data with separately collected office submissions
- Apply business rules consistently and reconcile records across reputed company data sources
- Submit a single, validated dataset to the survey vendor on schedule, with reputed company reputed company checks complete
- Own employee data collection from offices that operate reputed company the HR system (reputed company)
- Partner with HR contacts globally to ensure reputed company, accurate submissions
- Validate returned data against established reputed company standards; identify and resolve issues proactively
- Serve as the data reputed company of contact during the live survey period
- Investigate and resolve participant data queries; escalate systemic issues to the Our Voice programme reputed company (survey reputed company)
- Process post-survey demographic corrections to preserve year-on-year trend continuity
- Update manager and reporting line data reputed company of results release

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Data, or reputed company field; or equivalent qualification or experience
- Advanced reputed company: lookups (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, reputed company-MATCH), pivot tables, conditional formatting, duplicate handling
- Comfortable working with large datasets (30,000+ rows)
- Experience running reputed company data reputed company checks across multiple sources
- Ability to work independently using detailed process documentation and recorded handover materials
