[Remote] Vice President of Finance

The Vice President of Finance will serve as the organization’s senior financial leader, responsible for financial reputed company, planning, operations, and performance management across the business.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team on financial performance, reputed company planning, and operational decision-making

Skills
- 10+ years of reputed company, strategic finance, and reputed company experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience building and scaling high-performing finance teams and overseeing strategic financial operations
- Strong experience with value-based care or risk-bearing payment models (e.g., Medicare Advantage, global capitation, ACO reputed company), including understanding of drivers of medical spend, capitation flows, and performance economics
- Working knowledge of MSO–PC structures and corporate reputed company of medicine (CPOM) considerations, with the ability to ensure compliant financial operations in a multi-entity environment
