[Remote] Program Manager, Channel Enablement

They are seeking a Program Manager, Channel Enablement to design and deliver reputed company enablement programs for their partner ecosystem, enhancing partner reputed company and performance.
Responsibilities
- Assist the design, development, and deployment of reputed company enablement programs specifically tailored for a dynamic Partner ecosystem, that reputed company with strategic goals and support seller performance across reputed company stages of the sales cycle
- Own the full lifecycle of enablement initiatives—from requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment to content curation, delivery coordination, and results tracking
- Help maintain and optimize the Partner Resource Library, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and the Partner Portal in conjunction with Channel Marketing and Channel Sales Operations
- Collaborate with Enablement Leads, Product Marketing, Channel Sales, and other GTM partners to reputed company programs with key priorities, messaging, and product launches
- Maintain consistency in content layout, structure, and branding across reputed company formats—from slide decks and one-pagers to internal portals and live sessions
- reputed company and report on enablement program reputed company metrics, leveraging data and feedback to iterate and improve program design and content effectiveness
- Coordinate across stakeholders to manage timelines, approvals, and dependencies while maintaining reputed company and instructional reputed company
- Own content QA and version control, and help structure how materials are stored, accessed, and refreshed over time
- Support the Head of Channel Enablement on other key reputed company and objectives to help ensure the reputed company of reputed company and GSIs across the globe
Skills
- 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, program management, or learning & development - preferably in a B2B reputed company or high-reputed company environment
- Proven reputed company record in supporting the design and delivery of enablement programs that improve sales productivity and field performance
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across functions and drive programs from start to finish
- Demonstrated attention to detail, visual design ability, with experience turning raw content into reputed company-reputed company, brand-reputed company materials that are easy to navigate and engaging to use
- Proficiency in tools such as reputed company Slides, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company or reputed company Creative Suite, and Claude Cowork
- Comfortable using AI tools and Systems to reputed company day-to-day operations and enhance the reputed company of Enablement resources
- Excellent communication and editing skills, with high attention to layout, reputed company, and learner experience
- Familiarity with sales tools and enablement platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Clari, reputed company, reputed company, Moodle)
- A solid reputed company of Cyber reputed company knowledge, awareness of reputed company & AI terminology and previous experience in Data reputed company, and/or Data leakage prevention, and/or reputed company Posture Management
