[Remote] Site Reliability Engineer 3

Responsibilities

- Work on the customer and internal engineering/implementation team raised tickets while not on-call for production support
- Work on SREs backlog items
- Continuously monitor the health and performance of our services, systems, and infrastructure
- Respond to alerts and incidents promptly to ensure high availability

- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving incidents, performing reputed company cause analysis, and implementing long-term fixes to prevent recurrence

Skills

- 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, system administration, or a similar role, with a proven reputed company record of managing large-reputed company, high-availability systems
- Familiarity with AI/ML operations, including model lifecycle management, reputed company databases, and inference performance tuning
- Expertise in Linux/Unix systems, networking, and reputed company services (AWS, Azure, or reputed company reputed company)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, reputed company) and programming languages (Go, Java, C++)
- Advanced knowledge of monitoring and logging tools like reputed company (reputed company, Grafana, reputed company), configuration management (Ansible, Chef, Puppet), and CI/CD pipelines
